📦 Shipping Policy

1. General Information

We currently ship to addresses within the European Union and selected international destinations. All orders are processed and shipped from Germany.

2. Pre-orders

Some items in our shop are offered as pre-orders (e.g. books or limited edition merchandise). The estimated shipping window for pre-order items is indicated on the product page.

For our current release, Biker Souls – A Coffee Table Book, shipping is expected to begin in December 2025 (in time for Christmas).

3. Shipping Times

• Domestic (Germany): approx. 3–5 business days

• EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days

• International: varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

Shipping times begin once the item has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and product weight.

We strive to offer fair and transparent pricing. For special items (e.g. books or bundles), flat rates may apply.

5. Split Shipments

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we reserve the right to ship everything together once the full order is ready. If you prefer partial shipment, please contact us before checkout.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at:

7. Customs & Import Taxes

Customers outside the EU may be responsible for additional customs charges, taxes or import fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient.
