Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions

1. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as production has not started.

2. Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply once the book enters production, as it is a custom-made product (Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw before production, we will refund all payments received from you.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
